CS Anand Lavingia is a Practicing Company Secretary based in Ahmedabad since 2010 and is the founder member of the firm. He possesses strong expertise in managing corporate compliance, secretarial advisory, and end-to-end regulatory requirements for companies across sectors. With extensive experience in marketing and client relationship management, he effectively positions the firm’s secretarial services, ensuring consistent client engagement and service excellence. Anand is also adept at liaisoning with regulatory authorities and guiding clients on statutory obligations, making him a valuable professional in both compliance and business development within the secretarial services domain.

CS Ankita Patel is having more than 15 years of experience in the field. She is associated with ALAP & Co. LLP since incorporation. She is having good command with drafting and corporate governance. Majority of client support services handled by her including DRHP drafting, merger and amalgamation, revocation of suspension of trading with stock exchanges, all SEBI related compliances, FEMA compliances, ESOP end to end compliances.

CS Tushar Donda is a committed & dedicated to work as a key player in challenging and creative environment with more than 10 years of experience in the CS field. He is an excellent in drafting Merger Scheme, DRHP/RHP, agreements, deeds, ESOP schemes etc. Being backbone of the firm he is handling team of more than 7 persons and providing good corporate compliances in time. With his excellent knowledge and updating grooms firm at next level of compliances.
